General Policy

Pink Plush operates as a curated boutique offering limited-quantity collectible pieces.

Due to the exclusive and small-batch nature of our collections, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection
  • Preference-related reasons

Please review all product descriptions, photos and sizing details carefully before purchasing.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are secured specifically for the customer.

Estimated arrival windows are provided for transparency. While we aim to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to international logistics.

Pre-orders are final once confirmed and are not eligible for cancellation, refund or exchange unless cancelled by us.

Vintage & Pre-Owned Pieces

All vintage and pre-owned items are final sale.

Due to the nature of vintage pieces, minor signs of age, storage wear, manufacturing variations or slight imperfections may be present. These characteristics are considered part of the item’s history and do not qualify as faults.

Returns will not be accepted for condition-related concerns consistent with age or disclosed in the product description.

Customers are encouraged to review all images and condition notes carefully prior to purchase.

Blind Box Items

Blind box items are sold in sealed, randomised packaging.

By purchasing a blind box, the customer acknowledges and accepts the random distribution of designs. Specific characters or variations cannot be requested or guaranteed.

Blind box purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange or refund based on the item received.

Opened blind box items sold as identified pieces are also final sale.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear supporting photos.

We will assess the issue promptly and provide a resolution where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Remedies under Australian Consumer Law apply only to major faults or issues not consistent with the item description.
